Policy regarding Shipping of Custom Made Products
Please note that the shipping selected, and estimated shipping times provided, accounts only for the time between when the product reaches us and we ship it to you. Custom made products are not available for overnight shipping - typically, custom made products arrive to us four to eight weeks after the order has been placed. The shipping provided by the Scottish Trading Company (such as 2-day, overnight) starts when we receive the product from our manufacturers. Return Policy of the Scottish Trading Company
Please note that all custom tailored items have a separate return policy as follows: All new and unused items returned with tags still attached within 30 days are refundable for retail price paid. We are sorry but shipping costs are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-perfect items and for items returned after 30 days.
Return Policy for all Custom Made Products
Please measure carefully as all custom made and custom tailored items are not refundable for the full retail price. If an item is returned within 30 days because it does not fit properly due to improper measurements, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all custom made items. On the extremely rare case that a custom tailored item is improperly created to your measurements, there is no restocking fee when returning the product within 30 days.
